Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, "Personal Data Protection Code"

SEA SERVICES SRLS, as data controller, informs you, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code, that the personal data collected by completing the form below will be processed for the following purposes:

a) establish and execute the contractual relationships concluded with you as well as respond, before the conclusion of the contract, to your specific requests;

b) comply with legal or regulatory obligations;

c) allow you to register and access the restricted areas of this website.

The processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in points a), b), and c) above does not require your consent pursuant to Article 24 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
