Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, "Personal Data Protection Code"

SEA SERVICES SRLS, as data controller, informs you, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code, that the personal data collected by completing the form below will be processed for the following purposes:

a) establish and execute the contractual relationships concluded with you as well as respond, before the conclusion of the contract, to your specific requests;

b) comply with legal or regulatory obligations;

c) allow you to register and access the restricted areas of this website.

The processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in points a), b), and c) above does not require your consent pursuant to Article 24 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Personal data will be processed on paper and via electronic, computerized, or telematic means. Providing data in fields marked as non-mandatory is optional. Providing data is mandatory as such data is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship and compliance with the relevant legal obligations. Any refusal to provide such data may prevent SEA SERVICES SRLS from fulfilling the obligations associated with the contractual relationship with you. Personal data will not be disclosed and may be communicated in Italy or other EU countries to parties responsible for product delivery, credit institutions, couriers, and our legal and tax advisors. For the purposes indicated above, the data may be disclosed to the Data Controller and to SEA SERVICES SRLS employees and collaborators designated as data processors.

The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently to fulfill all related legal obligations.
